WeiWei is a pop recording artist based in LA. She moved from Changsha, China to Boston when she was 4.  Growing up she played violin,piano and sang in the chorus. While in school, Wei Wei also performed musicals and dedicated her talent in local theaters. She started college at the age of 16 and by 20 she moved to NYC to start a career in Technology. Despite what her traditional family wanted for her, she knew her calling was to be a singer. After  spending her time in the Tech industry as a Data Scientist, she decided to leave everything to pursue music. Now, WeiWei has over 300k streams on Spotify, has toured with High School Nation and been featured in popular magazines such as Rollacoaster, Wonderland and Buzzfeed. She has also worked with brands such as Lancome, YSL Beauty and Dunkin’ Donuts on influencer content. Her music is fun, boppy and relatable to everyone. She says her purpose is to use her talent as a gateway to enlighten others.
